Yoga Teacher
Rose UWINEZA was born in Rwanda, where at the age of six she lost both her parents during the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994. From that moment on she grew up in various orphanages and thanks to the ‘One Dollar Campaign’ charity initiative (Imbuto Foundation), she had the opportunity to get a scholarship and get a school degree. She was introduced to Yoga through classes offered by AZAHAR Foundation at the One Dollar Campaign and completed a 200-hour Teacher Training at Africa Yoga Project in Nairobi, Kenya. She now works as a Yoga Teacher for AZAHAR Rwanda.
