Thyna has been practicing Yoga at AZAHAR Foundation since 2015. She then completed the Yoga Soul Body Fit Teacher Training, sponsored by AZAHAR, in 2017 and has been teaching Yoga at AZAHAR Foundation Phnom Penh since then. Thyna has learned different kinds of Yoga such as Jivamukti Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa and also vinyasa flow. Her classes focus on breathing with movement flow from one pose to another, workout and strengthening the body to improve strength. She incorporates meditation and relaxation in order to calm our minds and our souls. Thyna also chants some mantras in Sanskrit language with the harmonium.
